Develop reporting, dashboards, and data insights for Bank of America’s Financial Center Channel. Translate stakeholder needs into scalable solutions for strategic planning and responsible growth.

- Develop reporting, analytics, and data insights for the Financial Center Channel.
- Research and source data.
- Build report visualizations, reports, and dashboards.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and identify actionable findings.
- Work with business stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and turn them into scalable solutions and technical specifications.
- Source data and deliver executive-level insights for projects, pilots, and strategic initiatives.
- Work across business lines to improve productivity and advance strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses in Excel and MicroStrategy.
- Contribute to cross-functional teams and provide regular project updates.
- Manage competing priorities and deliver quality work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

- A solid understanding of data gathering tools.
- Proficiency with business intelligence reporting tools, including Excel and MicroStrategy.
