Turn art directors’ intent into clear, actionable briefs.
Use feedback to keep revision cycles focused and efficient.
Arrange creative reviews and approval sessions.
Combine stakeholder notes and monitor approval status across projects.
Plan GenAI artist capacity and surface resource gaps early.
Organize files, oversee quality checks, and manage final handoffs.
Monitor production volume and delivery metrics to improve program quality.
Connect creative direction with AI production operations.

4–6 years of experience in production management or creative operations.
Hands-on experience overseeing high-volume image or digital content production.
Strong practical knowledge of generative AI image workflows.
Advanced proficiency with Airtable.
Creative judgment to evaluate AI-generated work against briefs.
Clear, proactive communication and the ability to identify risks.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or a related field plus one year of experience in interactive design, editorial content management, or a related area; alternatively, three years of experience in one of those areas.
Preferred: Experience producing e-commerce or retail site imagery and managing freelance creative talent.
Preferred: Familiarity with content management systems.
Preferred: Experience managing interactive projects in online creative or related digital fields.
Preferred: Experience working for or with creative agencies.
Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite skills, including advanced multi-layer masking and compositing.
