Community Events and Social Media Intern
Join a D2C brand for sustainable baby products as a mandatory intern supporting community events and social media. Plan events, create content, and help grow the community in Düsseldorf.

- Plan and coordinate events for expectant and new parents, including Parent Walks and sports activities
- Coordinate with partners and brand ambassadors
- Prepare and organize event materials
- Help create a standardized approach to running events
- Support selected events on site
- Manage and grow the brand’s social media channels
- Plan and create content about products, seasonal themes, and current trends
- Track emerging trends and develop ideas that better engage the target audience
- Review channel performance and identify opportunities to improve

- Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field
- The internship must be a required part of your degree program
- You are at least in your fourth semester
- Some social media marketing experience is preferred, such as through an internship, personal channels, or projects
- Strong organizational skills and an interest in planning events and bringing people together
- A feel for trends and content, and an understanding of expectant and new parents
- Confident presence, including on camera
- Comfortable using social media
- Some Canva experience is a plus
- Interest in automation and AI is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, initiative, and a structured, solutions-focused approach
- Willing to travel occasionally to events in Germany and Austria
- Excellent spoken and written German
- Based in Düsseldorf or nearby
