  • Offer creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Organize briefs, schedules, and departmental materials.
  • Monitor published content and help gather results and performance indicators.
  • Partner with other departments to understand their needs and turn information into relevant content.

  • High school diploma required.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Commercial Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Communicative, energetic, and relationship-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple demands at once.
  • Comfortable initiating contact and following up.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets and communication tools.
  • Proactive approach and a sense of urgency.
  • Customer service and relationship management orientation.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, relationship management, or administrative work is preferred.
