Guide a new children’s home provider in Newquay through Ofsted registration, safeguarding, and compliance. Support the Registered Manager and help prepare the service for launch.

- Support a new children’s residential provider as it registers its first service in Newquay
- Guide the provider on Ofsted registration and readiness
- Advise on governance and regulatory compliance
- Oversee quality assurance and safeguarding
- Support and supervise the Registered Manager
- Help develop policies, procedures, and operational arrangements
- Prepare the service for launch
- Work closely with the provider and Registered Manager
- Start at one day per month, with scope for the role to expand as the service becomes operational

- Prior experience as a Responsible Individual in children’s residential care
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards
- Experience with registrations, inspections, or developing new services
- A practical, supportive style and confidence to challenge when appropriate
- Strong safeguarding and governance expertise
