  • Analyze markets and consumer behavior to uncover opportunities, trends, risks, and recommendations
  • Interpret, analyze, and manage large datasets with business intelligence tools
  • Build queries, filters, metrics, KPIs, and dashboards for executive audiences
  • Produce executive reports and presentations using data storytelling techniques
  • Compare markets and conduct benchmarking studies to identify best practices and competitive positioning
  • Use exploratory analysis to uncover patterns, root causes, and improvement opportunities across products, processes, and customer experiences
  • Work with teams and leaders to convert business challenges into data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with global teams and executive stakeholders on strategic initiatives and the organization’s analytical maturity

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, statistics, mathematics, economics, business administration, or a related discipline
  • Substantial experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to handle, model, and analyze data to produce actionable insights
  • Advanced SQL proficiency, including query development, data transformation, and preparation
  • Practical experience with visualization and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
  • Ability to define KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and performance-monitoring frameworks
  • Experience with market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and trend detection
  • Working knowledge of statistical methods for decision-making
  • Experience in technology companies; ICT, telecommunications, software, or technology product experience is highly desirable
  • Advanced conversational English
