Bilingual Program Officer – Hybrid in Canada

Administer individual and group grants for Future Generations Foundation, covering eligibility, applications, compliance, contracts, and program deliverables. This bilingual role supports the national grants program in English and French.

  • Interpret and administer the grants program consistently and appropriately
  • Manage eligibility reviews, applications, and accurate distribution of individual and group funding
  • Support daily operations of the grants program and foundation
  • Assist the Programs Team during the national application call
  • Review and prepare funding applications for decision-making
  • Administer eligibility and compliance requirements
  • Help prepare key program deliverables
  • Reconcile data to maintain accurate, accessible information
  • Ensure application calls and contract administration follow the court-approved administration plan, terms, procedures, and established processes
  • Complete other assigned duties

Талаптар

  • Post-secondary degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience working with projects and programs
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • SurveyMonkey and database management experience is an asset
  • Experience working with First Nations communities is strongly preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English and French communication skills
  • Strong experience in client relations
  • Ability to work independently and deliver required outcomes
  • Not-for-profit sector experience is an asset
  • Preference will be given to persons of Indigenous ancestry under section 16(1) of the Canadian Human Rights Act
