BCBA Supervisor and Clinical Consultant – California Remote
Remote BCBA role with a clinician-owned ABA agency, supervising RBTs and student analysts while managing caseloads, caregiver training, social skills groups, and evidence-based care.

- Manage an active caseload
- Supervise RBTs and student analysts
- Lead caregiver training sessions
- Facilitate social skills groups
- Oversee telehealth and in-person services in clinics and client homes
- Complete at least 30 clinical hours each week
- Reach 90% utilization of recommended treatment hours

- Hold an active BCBA certification
- Have at least two years of supervisory experience
- Demonstrate fluency in BST and caregiver-mediated treatment
- Tailor supervision to each individual’s needs
- Independently pursue current evidence-based practices
- Manage time and documentation consistently without prompting
- Communicate directly and professionally with families, staff, and leadership
- Pass a background check
