Atlassian Consultant – Cloud Migration for Banking
Lead secure Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management cloud migrations for German banks. Shape compliant platform strategy, security controls, and migration delivery.

- Guide banks and financial institutions from platform strategy through successful cloud go-live
- Assess existing Atlassian environments and define target architectures, governance, access controls, and migration roadmaps
- Plan migrations in line with information security, outsourcing oversight, compliance, and data protection requirements
- Manage risk assessments, exit strategies, DORA information registers, audit rights, and subprocessor obligations
- Configure EU data residency, Atlassian Guard SSO and SCIM, audit logging, encryption, segregation of duties, and access recertification
- Perform cloud-readiness reviews, app assessments, environment cleanup, and migration wave and cutover planning
- Deliver migrations with JCMA and CCMA while observing change freezes and the four-eyes principle
- Produce migration records, data-integrity evidence, and access-control concepts for internal auditors and regulators
- Lead workshops with decision-makers and control functions, converting technical choices into actionable proposals
- Enhance migration playbooks for customers in regulated industries
Талаптар
- At least three years of Atlassian consulting or enterprise administration experience
- Proven involvement in at least one complex Server or Data Center to Cloud migration
- Project experience in banking, financial services, or another similarly regulated sector
- Strong knowledge of DORA, MaRisk/BAIT, EBA outsourcing guidance, and GDPR
- Advanced expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
- Familiarity with Atlassian Cloud Enterprise and Atlassian Guard is advantageous
- Practical, hands-on approach with the willingness to configure solutions directly
- Fluency in German and English
- Atlassian certifications, ISO 27001 or IT audit experience, ITIL/ITSM knowledge, and Groovy, Python, or REST scripting skills are advantageous
