  • Assess and explain options for clients’ business immigration needs
  • Communicate promptly and accurately with clients throughout and after the application process
  • Support immigration program management and compliance activities
  • Supervise support staff and collaborate with them to ensure applications are accurately prepared and filed
  • Maintain precision while managing high-volume, fast-turnaround cases
  • Answer questions from clients and staff throughout the filing process
  • Prepare and submit business-related nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions
  • Perform senior-level reviews of work completed by legal support teams
  • Complete other assigned duties

Талаптар

  • Active membership in an applicable Bar association
  • At least five years of business immigration experience
  • Broad knowledge of nonimmigrant visa matters, including H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, E-2 Treaty Investor, O-1, TN, E-3, and J-1 cases
  • Extensive knowledge of employment-based permanent residence matters, including PERM, EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C, NIW, and adjustment of status
  • Substantial experience resolving complex RFEs, NOIDs, and other challenging case issues
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail and interpersonal skills
  • Resume, cover letter, and writing sample required
