Asset Management Analyst – Thessaloniki (Hybrid)
Assess hotel investments, financial performance, and portfolio risk for Domes Resorts in a hybrid Thessaloniki role. Support hospitality asset strategies, budgeting, acquisitions, and operational improvement initiatives.

- Evaluate hotel property performance and investment opportunities through financial analysis and market research
- Build and maintain asset performance models, including discounted cash flow analyses and leveraged and unleveraged IRR calculations
- Produce recurring reports covering hotel portfolio allocation, performance, and risk indicators
- Contribute to investment strategies and portfolio recommendations for hospitality assets
- Research economic conditions, hospitality trends, and real estate markets
- Assist senior analysts with ad hoc analyses involving hotel operations and real estate
- Work with hotel management teams to identify operational improvements and cost-reduction opportunities
- Track and report hospitality KPIs including RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy
- Support annual business planning and budgeting for hotel properties
- Analyze capital expenditure initiatives and hotel renovation plans
- Assess potential acquisitions and disposals of hotel assets
- Help optimize the commercial performance of hospitality assets, including revenue management strategies
- Review and analyze hotel management agreements and franchise contracts
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, hospitality management, or a related discipline
- Master’s degree in one of the listed or related fields
- At least two years of experience in consulting, financial services, asset management, or a related position, ideally within hospitality or real estate
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; financial modeling proficiency is an advantage
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and real estate valuation methods
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in Greek and English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
