Own React Native and Expo infrastructure for Partiful’s social events app. Improve mobile development speed, performance, observability, and release reliability across iOS and Android.

- Manage and enhance Expo infrastructure, keeping upgrades smooth and configurations effective as the company grows
- Apply React Native’s New Architecture and modern tools, including React Profiler, to diagnose and resolve performance issues
- Develop and support iOS capabilities including App Clips, Live Activities, and Widgets
- Test new releases from Expo and Software Mansion partners and share actionable feedback
- Build tooling and infrastructure that raises developer productivity and mobile code quality
- Implement monitoring and observability for app performance, release stability, and user experience metrics
- Partner with product and infrastructure engineers to ensure platform decisions support feature delivery
- Lead ongoing improvements to the weekly app release workflow, from builds through App Store deployment
- Help drive an ambitious, fast-moving team and participate in company parties

- At least three years of experience developing mobile applications with React Native
- Hands-on experience with Expo and mobile build and deployment infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of React Native’s New Architecture, React Compiler, and current performance optimization methods
- Demonstrated success improving developer experience through CI/CD automation, observability tools such as Sentry, and infrastructure tooling
- A hands-on builder who enjoys automating processes, optimizing systems, and enabling teams with effective tools
- Strong ownership and commitment to delivering ambitious results on accelerated timelines
- Collaborative and practical working style, with emphasis on outcomes over ego
