Create and refine TikTok and Instagram ad concepts for e-commerce clients at a marketing agency. Research creators, develop script briefs, coordinate production, and review delivered video content.

- Identify and contact potential content creators
- Monitor TikTok and Instagram Reels trends
- Learn each client’s brand, values, customer avatars, and requirements
- Prepare detailed creator briefs covering video concepts and required B-roll
- Coordinate with creators and build project-specific teams
- Communicate with clients as needed
- Shape script briefs around relevant trends
- Find creators aligned with brand audiences and testing objectives
- Explain project scope to prospective creators
- Select and schedule creators for assignments
- Review video ad variations and submitted content for quality
- Give actionable feedback on delivered content
- Support additional tasks assigned by the Product Manager

- Strong creative judgment and a thorough grasp of social media trends and algorithms, especially on TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Ability to uncover customer-avatar pain points and develop strategies across different niches
- Track record of producing engaging creative content for varied niches
- Practical knowledge of social media trends, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and time-management abilities
- Skill in developing creative concepts from current and emerging trends
- Reliable, responsive, accountable, and able to meet deadlines
- Effective problem-solving with critical and analytical thinking skills
- Growth-oriented, results-focused approach and openness to constructive criticism
- Comfort working independently and managing time; remote experience is helpful
- Available and responsive Monday through Friday from 3–6 PM BCN time
- Reliable internet access and a laptop or PC suitable for virtual video conferences
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Able to exchange and apply constructive feedback productively
