Accounts Receivable Executive - India (Hybrid)
Manage customer payment applications, bank reconciliations, and unapplied cash postings in an ERP while supporting accurate finance operations and service-level targets.

- Review check images and related supporting documents
- Capture and accurately enter data into the designated application
- Examine daily bank reports to identify customer payments
- Apply customer payments to the appropriate customer invoices in the ERP
- Record unmatched payments as unapplied cash
- Meet established service-level agreement targets
Талаптар
- Bachelor's, graduate, or postgraduate degree
- 0–2 years of accounts receivable experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Effective time-management and organizational abilities
- Understanding of confidentiality requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of accounts receivable cash applications
- Research-oriented understanding of how credit and debit entries affect the accounting records
