Accounting Group Manager at Huntington National Bank - Onsite
Lead Huntington National Bank’s accounting and finance managers while overseeing financial systems, reporting accuracy, internal controls, and process improvements.

- Supervise a team of accounting and finance managers
- Oversee the daily operations of an accounting and finance team
- Develop, implement, and enhance accounting and financial systems
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend cost-effective solutions
- Coach and advise less experienced team members
- Maintain the accuracy, timeliness, and internal controls of Huntington’s accounting and financial systems
- Complete additional responsibilities as assigned
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
- At least seven years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or a related regulatory field
- Experience in public accounting and/or financial reporting
- Earned CPA certification
- Strong control orientation with a demonstrated record of process improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and independently sequence work for accurate, timely completion
- Strong time management skills and consistent deadline adherence
- Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Banking regulations and/or core banking process experience is a plus
- Microsoft Office experience; knowledge of Outlook, Access, Wdesk, and Essbase is a plus
