Account Manager, Healthcare Communications — USA Remote
Manage healthcare publication projects, budgets, timelines, and client relationships for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and health technology communications. This full-time remote role supports Amiculum’s independent agency operations in the United States.

- Coordinate concurrent publication projects and keep timelines and deliverables on track
- Oversee invoicing, budget monitoring, and revenue reporting for assigned projects
- Manage daily client communications and cultivate effective working relationships
- Maintain publication plans, submission milestones, timelines, and stakeholder updates
- Monitor projects from initial concept through submission and final publication
- Contribute to commercial management and account growth through delivery, planning, and opportunity development

- At least two years of client services experience in a healthcare communications agency
- Prior experience working on publications
- Clear, effective communication with colleagues and clients
- Strong project, organizational, and financial management capabilities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
- Interest in innovation and developing new approaches to expand client accounts
- Must be based in the United States
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
- Must reside in Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or Texas
