Video Producer - Ho Chi Minh City Hybrid - TRG International
TRG International is seeking a Video Producer to create solution showcases, testimonials, podcasts, and branded content for its financial solutions business. The role covers production planning, filming, editing, studio operations, and leadership of the video team.
Description
- Create branded video concepts and storyboards.
- Direct video projects from initial planning and budgeting through final execution.
- Write scripts, develop storyboards, and maintain production schedules.
- Operate cameras, lighting, microphones, green screens, and other video equipment.
- Edit footage with motion graphics and titles to deliver polished videos.
- Perform basic audio editing for video content.
- Partner with internal teams on solution showcases, customer testimonials, corporate videos, podcasts, and related materials.
- Guide and mentor the video production team while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.
- Film internal events and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain the company studio and oversee correct equipment usage.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing video production from initial concept through final edit.
- Strong command of camera operation, lighting, audio editing, and motion graphics.
- Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Working knowledge of audio editing for video projects.
- Capacity to lead a video production team and coordinate several projects.
- Strong project planning and delivery skills.
- Corporate video production experience is advantageous.
- Candidates based in Ho Chi Minh City are preferred and should be able to work on-site two days per week.
