UI/UX Designer – Hybrid, Greece
Design user experiences, interfaces, landing pages, and digital assets for a leading Greek energy company. Support websites, apps, design systems, digital campaigns, and lead generation.
Description
- Creates user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, prepares project BRDs, and defines handover and implementation requirements for IT.
- Recommends usability improvements and partners with IT and Digital teams to deliver them successfully.
- Develops modern, functional interfaces, maintains brand consistency across digital assets, and builds design systems and components.
- Creates lead-generation landing pages, reviews performance metrics, and suggests enhancements.
- Produces digital assets for CX, Corporate, Product, Trade, and Billing teams.
- Works with Brand and Marketing on 360° campaigns and helps agencies preserve consistent digital design.
- Creates and maintains content for corporate websites and applications.
Requirements
- A degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline is desirable.
- At least two years of UX/UI design experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Practical experience with Figma and design systems.
- Sound knowledge of usability and conversion principles.
- Basic familiarity with web analytics.
- Excellent English language skills.
