Description

  • Support consultants in administering clients’ Health and Protection programs
  • Perform actuarial analysis, technical studies, benchmarking, and Health and Protection diagnostics
  • Track portfolio performance and balance in partnership with insurers’ technical teams
  • Apply data and design tools to address business requirements
  • Improve processes by identifying pain points, streamlining workflows, automating tasks, and increasing processing reliability
  • Advance AI adoption by identifying relevant use cases, testing applications, and deploying new tools
  • Support research, development, and innovation projects that enhance methods, tools, and services
  • Convert business needs into practical, purpose-built solutions
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, and clients

Requirements

  • Demonstrated analytical ability with strong intellectual adaptability
  • Approach problem-solving with rigor, curiosity, and creativity
  • Interest in business challenges, data analysis, and converting ideas into practical outcomes
  • Work effectively in teams, cross-functional settings, and client-facing relationships
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies
  • Proficiency with tools for data analysis and processing
  • Knowledge of SAS, SQL querying, and Excel/VBA is advantageous
  • Degree in actuarial science, statistics, or a comparable discipline
  • Sound understanding of actuarial principles and methodologies
  • Work from the local office or a client site at least three days each week
