SRE Developer – Orange Services Visualization
Build an SRE prototype for Orange to map services and dependencies. Connect cloud and production data to assess the impact of incidents and changes.
Description
- Translate business needs into a data model for services and their dependencies
- Build a tool that maps connections between services
- Create simulations showing how incidents or changes can affect services
- Connect data from Orange repositories and production tools using GCP and APIs
- Build clear interfaces to display dependencies, events, and metrics over time
- Create time-based visualizations, including timelines
- Refine the prototype in response to user needs and feedback
- Use service and production event data to support impact analysis
- Improve service observability and clarify dependencies
- Help identify risks arising from incidents and changes
- Write technical and functional documentation
- Help users learn to use the tool
- Work with business and technical teams to improve the solution continuously
Requirements
- Experience designing and developing applications that bring together complex data
- Application development, data modeling, and architecture design skills
- Experience integrating data through APIs
- Experience with cloud data, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Skills in data visualization, interface design, and presenting complex information
- Understanding of SRE practices and challenges, including observability, monitoring, incident management, impact analysis, and change management
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methods
- Ability to work independently and respond promptly
- Strong analytical and summarization skills
- Clear communication with business and technical teams
