Senior Tax Accountant, Family Office – Uline On-Site
Uline seeks a Senior Tax Accountant to oversee corporate, partnership, and individual tax compliance for its family office. The role covers tax returns, research, depreciation, and support for accounting staff.
Description
- Compile and maintain tax documentation for U.S. S-Corporation, partnership, and individual returns
- Oversee tax returns, supporting schedules and reports, quarterly estimated payments, and extension payments
- Review fixed-asset reporting and tax depreciation calculations
- Research tax matters and communicate findings
- Organize shareholder tax documentation and review individual income tax returns
- Provide guidance and preparation support to Income Tax Accountants
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- CPA or Master of Science in Taxation strongly preferred
- At least four years of experience in corporate tax or public accounting tax
- Proficiency with S-Corporation, partnership, and individual tax returns
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience with Go Systems is a plus
- Completion of a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening is required for all new hires
- Ability to work on-site
