Senior Social Media Lead, Kraken Pro — United States Remote
Lead Kraken Pro’s social presence for a global crypto trading platform. Create reactive content, engage traders, and improve always-on publishing through performance insights.
Description
- Own social channels for Kraken Pro
- Create platform-specific content for X, Telegram, and additional networks
- Monitor CT/FinTwit and wider social conversations for trends and timely opportunities
- Produce fast, timely content that reflects the brand
- Engage the Kraken Pro community through replies, quote posts, polls, and memes
- Develop and manage an always-on content calendar
- Draft, submit for approval, schedule, publish, and evaluate social posts
- Turn product and ecosystem updates into accessible narratives
- Measure audience growth and content performance, then refine the approach through testing and insights
- Work with Legal and Communications to maintain accurate, compliant, and regionally aligned messaging across platforms
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in social media or content, preferably in fintech, crypto, or trading
- A portfolio demonstrating successful posts for a brand, personal, or managed account
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Experience with copywriting, memes, short-form video, charts, and social threads
- Comfort working across fast-moving social channels
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities
- Creative approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to create visually engaging content by briefing designers or working with Figma or CapCut
