Senior SAP Basis Administrator – India (Remote)
Lead SAP Basis administration across HANA environments, upgrades, migrations, security, and disaster recovery. Support Littelfuse’s manufacturing operations by maintaining reliable SAP platforms and coordinating technical teams.
Description
- Provide technical ownership of SAP Basis environments
- Deliver production support and coordinate responses to major incidents
- Plan system upgrades, migrations, and disaster recovery activities
- Work with vendor, infrastructure, application, and functional teams
- Mentor technical staff and promote knowledge sharing
- Perform technical risk assessments and manage change and problem processes
- Coordinate go-live and cutover planning
- Develop technical documentation and standard operating procedures
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Support audit and compliance requirements
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in SAP technical administration
- Professional experience providing production support
- Hands-on experience administering SAP HANA
- Experience with SAP performance tuning
- Background in system upgrades and migrations
- Experience performing system refreshes and system copies
- Experience managing SAP transports
- Understanding of SAP security and SSO fundamentals
- Experience with SAP system monitoring
- Experience supporting high availability and disaster recovery
- Experience working across complex SAP landscapes
- Experience coordinating across application, infrastructure, security, cloud, and managed-service teams
- Working knowledge of SAP BTP administration, Cloud Connector, identity, security, connectivity, and SAP Integration Suite
- Experience with SAP Basis, SAP HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and related SAP platform technologies
