Manage real estate transactions, due diligence and Legal Tech initiatives as part of Linklaters’ Matter Optimisation Team in Germany.
Description
- Lead transaction and project management for real estate deals
- Work with lawyers and partners throughout each transaction
- Manage due diligence, including AI-powered review and analysis
- Advise on cross-border deals and work directly with clients
- Use Legal Tech solutions in client matters
- Work with the Legal Tech team to develop potential applications
- Advance and promote the Matter Optimisation Team in Germany through projects and processes
Requirements
- Hold a business law qualification and an above-average LL.B. or LL.M. degree
- Bring initial experience in real estate, corporate transactions or due diligence
- Show enthusiasm for technology in the legal sector, especially AI and Legal Tech
- Practical experience with relevant tools is preferred
- Communicate fluently in German and English at negotiation level
- Be open to technological change in legal services
- Present yourself with confidence and conviction
- Be flexible, service-oriented and willing to go the extra mile
