Description
- Create product experiences that save users time and reduce uncertainty
- Strengthen design systems to improve consistency and delivery speed
- Investigate AI-supported design methods and help the team adopt them
- Help make design systems useful to AI agents while exploring conversational interfaces
- Represent user needs in every product decision
- Share design expertise and support the growth of teammates
- Partner with the Pretto Nova and Finspot product teams through six-week Shape Up cycles, from discovery to production
- Work closely with designers, product managers, developers, and data specialists
Requirements
- Bring at least five years of product-design experience, preferably with SaaS products
- Turn complex functional requirements into clear, effective, and easy-to-use interfaces
- Have practical experience with design systems, including components, tokens, documentation, and governance
- Show curiosity about AI tools and motivation to rethink established ways of working
- Combine meticulous attention to detail with a strong understanding of the broader product context
- Build alignment among product managers, developers, and users
- Break down ambiguous problems, explain design decisions with sound reasoning, and independently lead projects from start to finish
- A degree from HETIC, Gobelins, or a comparable institution is a plus
- Experience in fintech or another regulated sector is a plus
