Senior Part-Time Accountant (20-32 Hours/Week) in Hamburg, Hybrid

Description

  • Independently manage accounts receivable and accounts payable in DATEV
  • Reconcile, maintain, and clean up general ledger, receivables, and payables accounts
  • Prepare, process, monitor, and record payments using SFirm and the accounting system
  • Prepare for and support monthly and annual closing procedures
  • Deliver reconciliations and analyses for financial reporting and closing processes
  • Create and administer outgoing invoices in Odoo
  • Assess complex accounting issues, organize the relevant information, and record it accurately in financial accounting

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline
  • Professional experience in financial accounting
  • Advanced knowledge of DATEV and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Odoo and SFirm is advantageous
  • Organized, precise, and self-directed approach to work
  • Dependable, accountable, and confident working with numbers
