Description

  • Develop and improve Android apps with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
  • Set and promote strong standards for architecture, testing, and code quality
  • Guide code reviews and technical discussions
  • Work with Product, Design, and QA to deliver reliable features
  • Track app performance and inform scalable architecture decisions
  • Coach junior and mid-level developers
  • Create scalable mobile solutions for apps serving major infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and airports
  • Make technical decisions and support the growth of other engineers

Requirements

  • Communicate fluently in English
  • Bring substantial experience with Kotlin and the Android SDK
  • Have practical experience with Jetpack Compose, MVVM, Room, and Hilt or Dagger for dependency injection
  • Understand mobile architecture and testing practices
  • Communicate clearly and make technical decisions independently
  • Work comfortably in English with distributed teams
  • CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions is an advantage
  • Experience with Clean Architecture or a comparable scalable approach is an advantage
  • Production experience with Firebase, Crashlytics, or Google Play Console is an advantage
  • Experience with feature flag tools and release management processes is an advantage
