Description

  • Develop and optimize enterprise portals built on HCL Digital Experience and Web Content Manager.
  • Create and configure HCL WCM components, templates, and features.
  • Build backend solutions with Java and Java EE, including portlets and JSF.
  • Connect external services and systems through HCL WCM and Digital Asset Management REST APIs.
  • Build and maintain web interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
  • Use the Dojo toolkit to maintain and extend existing frontend features.
  • Review monitoring data, find performance bottlenecks, and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Investigate incidents, diagnose complex technical problems, and implement solutions.
  • Help shape application architecture, development approaches, and platform administration procedures.
  • Maintain the quality, stability, maintainability, and performance of delivered solutions.
  • Work weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00, with flexible hours.

Requirements

  • Bring 5–8 years of enterprise web development experience, ideally with hands-on HCL DX/WCM work.
  • Have hands-on experience with HCL Digital Experience (DX) or HCL Portal.
  • Know HCL Web Content Manager (WCM) well.
  • Have a track record designing and developing components in HCL WCM.
  • Be proficient in Java and Java EE.
  • Have experience developing portlets and working with JSF.
  • Know HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Have experience with jQuery, AJAX, and the Dojo toolkit.
  • Have integrated systems through REST APIs.
  • Bring strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve application performance problems.
  • Have English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
  • Experience with HCL DX 9.5 is a plus.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) is a plus.
  • Experience with application monitoring, log analysis, and resolving complex issues is a plus.
  • Knowledge of enterprise application architecture is a plus.
  • Experience administering and optimizing enterprise portals is a plus.
