Description

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications with React.js at their core.
  • Contribute across the stack, from frontend components and API integrations to backend services.
  • Deliver high-quality frontend solutions with a focus on performance, maintainability, and reusable components.
  • Create efficient, modular, and scalable React component architectures.
  • Improve web application performance by finding bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
  • Work with product, UX/UI design, backend, and QA teams to deliver complex features.
  • Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions.
  • Write clean, reusable, tested code that follows engineering standards.
  • Apply testing and debugging practices and support continuous improvement.
  • Review code and encourage sound engineering practices across the team.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in production applications.
  • Communicate technical topics effectively in English with international teams.

Requirements

  • Advanced senior or senior-plus experience level.
  • Strong full stack software development experience, ideally seven or more years.
  • Deep, demonstrable experience building complex React.js applications, ideally five or more years.
  • Experience contributing to large-scale projects, high-traffic digital products, or complex web platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and take technical ownership of critical features and components.
  • Advanced command of React.js and its ecosystem.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle, and composition patterns.
  • Experience with scalable frontend architectures and reusable components.
  • Advanced skill in managing state and data flow in React applications.
  • Experience optimizing rendering, memoization, lazy loading, and code splitting.
  • Knowledge of performance profiling, debugging, and React application optimization.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Advanced command of modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
  • Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs.
  • Understanding of asynchronous programming, error handling, and web application optimization.
  • Professional experience building both frontend and backend features.
  • Experience designing, developing, and integrating APIs and services.
  • Knowledge of client-server architectures and system-to-system communication.
  • Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
  • Ability to understand, modify, and optimize backend business logic.
  • Experience with unit, integration, and component testing.
  • Familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, or equivalent tools.
  • Proficiency with Git, pull requests, and code reviews.
  • Knowledge of SOLID principles, clean code, and design patterns.
  • Experience with agile methods and collaborative development.
  • Preferred: experience with Node.js and Express or NestJS.
  • Preferred: experience with Next.js and SSR/SSG strategies.
  • Preferred: knowledge of GraphQL.
  • Preferred: experience with Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or other state management tools.
