Clasp is a workforce and student-financial support platform serving healthcare education and employment. It connects clinical students with employers before graduation and helps health systems use employer-sponsored student loan repayment as part of employment commitments. Its focus includes nurses, therapists, radiology technologists, CRNAs, physician assistants, dentists, veterinarians, and other healthcare professionals. By working with students, schools, training programs, and health systems, Clasp helps develop hiring pipelines, support retention, and address student debt. The company says its platform has supported more than 10,000 students and 1,140 schools and programs. Clasp operates the loan repayment benefit platform; it is not a bank, and referenced loans are issued by FinWise Bank.
