- Design and deliver applications, services, APIs, and integrations, from technical planning through production operation.
- Improve existing automations and build new solutions with n8n, APIs, and custom components.
- Integrate AI models into current workflows and create AI-powered applications.
- Connect platforms and applications while safeguarding data exchange.
- Make architectural choices that support maintainability, scalability, security, and quality.
- Help colleagues solve technical problems and encourage sound development practices.
- Build needed components and use existing interfaces effectively to limit technical dependencies.
- Automate business workflows and data processing, including intermediary and contract data.
- Build and extend interfaces between Professional Works and external applications.
- Use AI to process and analyze conversation transcripts, including automated summaries and coaching methods.
- Connect communication, support, and marketing platforms to automated workflows.
- Create internal tools for reporting, data analysis, and operational work.
- Improve and stabilize the automation environment.
- Decide with the team when to use automation platforms and when to build custom software.
Requirements
- Bring several years of practical professional software development experience, ideally across the full stack.
- Know how to design and build modern software architectures.
- Have experience with backend technologies, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Know modern frontend technologies and be able to build complete applications independently when needed.
- Have experience with software quality, testing, version control, CI/CD, and running applications in production.
- Be interested in AI technologies, LLMs, AI-assisted development, and automation platforms.
- Solve technical problems pragmatically while accounting for longer-term needs.
