Description
- Oversee daily accounting operations for Swiss group companies, including KTG and Rendement
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and VAT returns
- Support budgeting, group consolidation, and consolidated financial statement preparation
- Create actionable financial and management reports in MS Power BI
- Lead the digitalization and automation of finance processes
- Contribute to the development of modern finance tools and systems
- Maintain accurate, efficient, timely accounting and dependable reporting
Requirements
- Swiss Federal Diploma of Advanced Studies in Finance and Accounting, or equivalent advanced training in finance, accounting, or controlling
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting
- Practical expertise preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Interest in digitizing and automating financial processes
- Motivation to improve systems, data quality, and reporting structures
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with MS Power BI, group accounting, and consolidation is an advantage
