- Oversee daily operational finance, accounting, and controlling activities
- Contribute to business planning and reporting against targets
- Establish and track financial metrics and key performance indicators
- Maintain and enhance the company’s financial model
- Ensure adherence to applicable German and EU legal and regulatory obligations
- Collaborate with the CEO, tax authorities, and colleagues across functions
Requirements
- At least three years of controlling, accounting, and finance experience at another startup operating internationally
- Strong practical and legal knowledge of German tax law and accounting
- Experience managing international finance processes, especially transfer pricing
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel
- Comfort working in a fast-moving and evolving environment
- Fluency in German and English
- Legal training or relevant legal expertise is advantageous
