Senior Family Law Attorney – Bellevue Hybrid
Represent clients in divorce, custody, and support matters for a national family law firm. Oversee client communication, legal drafting, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
Description
- Represent clients across divorce, custody, and child or spousal support matters
- Communicate directly with clients throughout their cases
- Prepare and draft legal documents
- Conduct depositions and manage court appearances and mediations
- Balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven practice
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a team-oriented environment
- Build substantive litigation experience while making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives
- Meet the monthly requirement of 120 billable hours
Requirements
- At least four years of family law experience
- Family law experience is preferred; litigation attorneys interested in transitioning to family law are also considered
- Active admission to the Washington State Bar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple matters while maintaining a client-focused approach
- Experience handling divorce, custody, and child or spousal support cases
- Comfort communicating directly with clients and handling legal drafting, depositions, court appearances, and mediations
