Senior Electrical Engineer, Panel Layout and Harness

Lead electrical engineering for panel layouts and harnesses supporting Munters’ energy-efficient climate-control products. Contribute to technical delivery, troubleshooting, validation, and ongoing engineering improvements.

Description

  • Drive engineering activities for product, equipment, system, process, and application development or improvement
  • Translate requirements, drawings, specifications, standards, and customer or project inputs into engineering work
  • Create, assess, test, validate, and record engineering deliverables
  • Offer technical guidance to sales, project teams, operations, procurement, manufacturing, and service functions
  • Analyze technical issues, compare solutions, and propose practical enhancements
  • Advance engineering processes, documentation, product performance, and day-to-day ways of working through continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Apply engineering principles, data, standards, and practical judgment to technical work
  • Produce, evaluate, and clearly communicate technical documentation, calculations, analyses, and recommendations
  • Use a methodical approach to problem solving with close attention to safety, quality, cost, reliability, and performance
  • Work effectively with engineering, sales, operations, manufacturing, service, and external stakeholders
  • Hold a university degree or complete specialized technical schooling
  • Bring 2–4 years of relevant experience
