Description
- Direct global commercial reporting and cross-functional performance analytics across Nuvei’s segments, channels, and verticals.
- Oversee commercial analytics covering marketing, revenue acquisition, portfolio, and payment performance.
- Turn data and complex signals into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders.
- Investigate performance across segments, channels, verticals, clients, and commercial operations to uncover revenue opportunities.
- Work with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to conduct detailed diagnostics.
- Align dashboards and KPIs across business units and executive communications, and put them into regular use.
- Translate business needs into a roadmap for data, analytics, and automation.
- Shift reporting from static dashboards toward intelligent decision support.
- Improve reporting and analytical products to make them faster, clearer, and more impactful.
- Report to the SVP of Global Revenue Operations.
- Lead global commercial analytics across marketing, revenue acquisition, portfolio, and payment performance.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of experience delivering revenue forecasts and profitability analysis in the payments industry.
- Demonstrated success leading and mentoring data analysts and business intelligence developers.
- Experience building scalable reporting frameworks, including data models, KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards.
- Experience leading strategic, performance, and operational analysis to inform business decisions.
- Experience with Salesforce, business intelligence, and applying AI tools or methods to improve productivity and dynamic decision management.
