Senior Cloud Transformation Manager at Infosys — Frankfurt Hybrid
Lead large-scale cloud transformation programmes for Infosys Consulting, overseeing migrations, governance, delivery assurance, risk, finances, and senior client relationships. The role supports transformation delivery and offering development across the EMEA region.
Description
- Direct large-scale cloud transformation programmes from initiation through operational transition
- Manage programme planning, governance, risks, finances, and delivery assurance
- Coordinate architecture, platform, application, security, and operations workstreams
- Guide senior client stakeholders through reporting, issue resolution, and decision-making
- Oversee cloud migration and modernisation work against agreed scope, timelines, and outcomes
- Lead governance forums, RAID management, and executive reporting
- Maintain alignment with cloud best practices, regulatory requirements, and organisational standards
- Support proposals, transformation plans, delivery models, governance frameworks, and Cloud & Infrastructure offerings
- Provide senior leadership across multiple workstreams and develop transformation roadmaps
- Contribute to go-to-market propositions and Cloud Transformation and Delivery Management offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Substantial experience in technology delivery, transformation management, or consulting
- Track record of leading large-scale cloud or digital transformation programmes
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms and delivery models
- Experience managing complex programmes involving multiple vendors and workstreams
- Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills, including executive engagement
- Experience with large cloud migration or modernisation programmes is preferred
- Experience in regulated or highly governed enterprise environments is preferred
- MSP, PRINCE2, PMP, or comparable programme and project management certification is preferred
- Consulting or professional services experience is preferred
- Knowledge of cloud economics, FinOps, or platform operating models is preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel to client sites across EMEA
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
