Senior Business Applications Analyst – Yardi Voyager, UK Remote
Support Yardi Voyager and accounting systems for Welltower’s healthcare real estate operations. Lead implementations, resolve system issues, maintain controls, and improve processes and reporting.
Description
- Partner with Property Accounting and system support teams to manage and resolve Yardi issues
- Administer and maintain the Chart of Accounts by creating accounts and updating existing codes
- Support and troubleshoot Custom Account Tree functionality
- Coordinate finance and accounting implementations involving Fixed Assets, Construction Manager, Intercompany, Procure-to-Pay, and Payment Processing
- Validate Trial Balance and accounts receivable data during operator transitions and acquisitions
- Support corrections involving BOM and Property Accounting ledgers
- Provide backup assistance for Medicaid-related processes when required
- Perform routine audits of system access and role provisioning
- Work with internal support teams to resolve application and system problems
- Help create and deliver Yardi training programs
- Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in agile and project-based work while advancing system processes and reporting
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, or technology implementations
- Strong knowledge of accounting best practices
- Demonstrated experience delivering Yardi implementation projects
- Experience with Yardi Senior Voyager and related modules is preferred
- Background in project management and technical support
- Experience planning and implementing system changes in a SOX-controlled environment is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, real estate, computer science, or a related discipline
- Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification is strongly preferred
- Ability to complete background screening and verification of employment, education, and other credentials relevant to the role
- Availability for out-of-area and overnight travel as required by specific projects
