Senior Business Applications Analyst – Yardi Voyager | Remote, United States
Support Yardi Voyager, accounting systems, and implementation initiatives for Welltower’s healthcare real estate operations. Strengthen system controls, reporting, issue resolution, and process efficiency.
Description
- Partner with Property Accounting and system support teams to manage and resolve Yardi-related issues
- Administer and maintain the Chart of Accounts, including account creation, code updates, headers, and total-into accounts
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Custom Account Tree functionality
- Serve as the finance and accounting contact for implementations and modules including Fixed Assets, Construction Manager, Intercompany, Procure-to-Pay, and Payment Processing
- Validate Trial Balance and accounts receivable data during operator transitions and acquisitions
- Support corrections involving BOM and Property Accounting ledgers
- Provide backup assistance for Medicaid-related processes when needed
- Audit system access and role provisioning to confirm alignment with internal controls and audit standards
- Work with internal support teams to diagnose and resolve system issues
- Help the AVP, Operations create and deliver training on Yardi functionality
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives
- Participate in agile and project-based work that improves system processes and reporting
- Travel outside the area and stay overnight when required for specific projects
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in accounting, finance, operations, or technology implementation
- Strong knowledge of accounting best practices
- Demonstrated experience supporting Yardi implementation projects
- Experience with Yardi Senior Voyager and related modules is preferred
- Background in project management and technical support
- Experience planning and implementing system changes in a SOX environment is preferred
- A valid passport and willingness to travel to the United Kingdom
