Description

  • Deliver software artifacts for the squad
  • Build and maintain APIs, web interfaces, and mobile applications
  • Design scalable and secure technical solutions that meet business needs
  • Take part in Scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Help break down requirements, estimate work, and make architectural decisions
  • Maintain code quality through Clean Code principles, testing, and peer reviews
  • Diagnose production issues, recommend fixes, and strengthen observability for critical flows
  • Apply AI tools to improve code analysis, documentation, testing, troubleshooting, task automation, and team productivity
  • Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams on pipelines, environments, deployments, and Azure service integrations

Requirements

  • Completed higher education in Information Technology, including an undergraduate or lato sensu or stricto sensu postgraduate degree
  • Professional experience as a senior software developer
  • Background in agile software development environments
  • Senior-level proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript, Node.js, and React
  • Practical experience developing and maintaining REST APIs
  • Strong knowledge of React Native, or willingness to contribute to the project's mobile application
  • Experience with Oracle databases, relational modeling, queries, and migrations
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and staging and production environments
  • Experience with Scrum and collaboration across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to produce clean, testable, and maintainable code
  • Clear technical communication, autonomy, and ownership of deliverables
  • Preferred: familiarity with Azure services such as Azure DevOps, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and Managed Identity
  • Preferred: experience using Playwright for end-to-end testing
  • Preferred: experience developing mobile applications with camera, OCR, geolocation, and offline capabilities
  • Preferred: knowledge of API security, secrets management, and deployment best practices
  • Preferred: mature day-to-day use of AI tools for development and operations
