Description
- Set and maintain QA standards, frameworks, and processes based on Agile and DevOps principles
- Verify adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements
- Recommend quality improvements and track their impact
- Create and execute automation strategies for functional, integration, and performance testing
- Own the design and upkeep of test automation frameworks
- Connect automated tests to CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation and fast feedback
- Track automation coverage and performance, and share metrics with stakeholders
- Integrate QA activities into sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
- Partner with DevOps to incorporate testing into deployment workflows
- Champion shift-left testing and quality ownership across the development lifecycle
- Maintain scalable, reliable test environments and infrastructure-as-code solutions
- Evaluate and introduce tools and approaches for automated and manual testing
- Establish strong practices for test automation and continuous integration
- Work with development, product, and operations teams to achieve quality goals
- Present test outcomes, automation progress, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Coach QA professionals in automation, Agile, and DevOps practices
- Distribute resources and manage workloads across projects
Requirements
- Demonstrated QA leadership experience centered on automation within Agile and DevOps environments
- Advanced knowledge of automation frameworks such as SpecFlow or Reqnroll
- Strong C# scripting skills
- Experience connecting automated tests to CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based testing environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
