Description
- Design and detail industrial facilities in AutoCAD Plant 3D
- Build advanced models of complex piping, equipment, steelwork, and support systems
- Create, revise, and tailor piping catalogs and specifications with Plant 3D Spec Editor
- Produce intelligent P&IDs and connect them accurately with the corresponding 3D model
- Use Data Manager to check alignment and consistency between P&IDs and 3D models
- Set up and produce Isogen isometrics, orthographic drawings, and bills of materials
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design and detect clashes in Autodesk Navisworks
- Offer technical support across project disciplines to maintain integrated, consistent solutions
- Apply applicable national and international standards, including ASME, ANSI, API, DIN, and ABNT
- Help refine and standardize workflows to improve design quality and limit inconsistencies and installation errors
Requirements
- Practical experience designing, modeling, or coordinating industrial plant projects
- Advanced command of AutoCAD Plant 3D
- Background modeling complex piping, equipment, steel structures, and supports
- Experience building, modifying, and customizing piping catalogs and specifications in Plant 3D Spec Editor
- Experience developing P&IDs and integrating them with 3D models
- Ability to use Data Manager to verify project information and data integrity
- Experience configuring and automatically producing Isogen isometrics, orthographic drawings, and bills of materials
- Experience with Autodesk Navisworks for multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection
- Knowledge of applicable standards such as ASME, ANSI, API, DIN, and ABNT
- Technical independence, strong organization, and effectiveness in multidisciplinary project teams
- Availability for hybrid work in São Paulo
- Preferred: sanitation or wastewater infrastructure experience; multidisciplinary and BIM project experience; experience as a technical reference or lead; experience developing AutoCAD Plant 3D standards, libraries, Specs, and workflows; and experience preventing design clashes
