Senior AI Cyber Defense Specialist (Munich Hybrid)
Senior cybersecurity training specialist delivering Darktrace AI security education to customers. Create and present technical learning through Munich or London offices and remote sessions.
Description
- Create and deliver cybersecurity training tailored to customer needs
- Help customers use Darktrace solutions effectively and gain maximum value
- Build classroom, virtual, eLearning and on-demand learning experiences
- Lead instructor-led training sessions
- Assist with certification activities
- Develop educational technology solutions
- Deliver training through remote online and onsite sessions
- Prepare sessions, manage learners and complete follow-up activities
- Report to the Director of Training (EMEA)
- Travel occasionally internationally, across the DACH region and throughout EMEA
- Uphold strong standards of integrity and accountability
Requirements
- Professional fluency in German and English, with the ability to deliver technical training and answer questions confidently in both languages
- Strong practical knowledge of IT and cybersecurity fundamentals, including enterprise networking, common network protocols, network and endpoint security, cloud environments, identity, email security, threats and vulnerabilities, security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, security operations and SIEM concepts
- Demonstrable experience delivering technical training, workshops, product education or classroom instruction to professional audiences
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts through clear, structured and engaging learning experiences
- Confidence delivering demonstrations, practical exercises, and scenario-based training
- Comfort managing a regular schedule of virtual and in-person training sessions
- Strong organisational skills, including session preparation, learner administration, and follow-up
- Ability to work independently while following established curricula, delivery standards, and operational processes
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region and occasionally across EMEA
- Ability to work in the office 2–3 days a week
