Description
- Create and deploy automations using Power Automate
- Develop practical Microsoft Copilot use cases
- Build internal assistants with Copilot Studio
- Connect SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 tools
- Diagnose and resolve issues with Copilot and automation setups
- Document solutions and establish consistent ways of working
- Help deliver prompting workshops, Copilot training, and executive demos, with the opportunity to lead them independently over time
- Respond to technical questions
- Explain complex technical subjects in clear, accessible terms
- Prepare for client meetings and handle follow-up
- Define and organize use cases
- Contribute to solution architecture
- Develop best practices and internal standards
- Contribute to Microsoft Copilot rollouts, sales, HR, and proposal process automation, internal knowledge copilots, and AI governance in Microsoft 365
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Power Automate
- Strong grasp of technical processes
- Excellent communication abilities
- Professional and confident in client-facing situations
- Excellent spoken and written German
- Organized and self-directed working style
- Willingness to receive feedback
- Consulting experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance is an advantage
- Some experience leading workshops is an advantage
