Description
- Assess business and budget performance, explain variances, and recommend actions to support decision-making.
- Support financial planning activities by maintaining accuracy and aligning outputs with Business Unit requirements.
- Develop monthly reports and presentations for commercial leaders and management, highlighting actionable insights.
- Lead finance activities during month-end close in partnership with Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other teams.
- Conduct price, volume, and mix analysis, evaluate commercial initiatives financially, and monitor Business Unit KPIs.
- Work with local and regional teams to uphold accounting policies and ensure accurate financial consolidation for assigned sites.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in business controlling, financial planning and analysis, or a comparable role.
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with experience partnering closely with sales teams.
- Proficiency with financial systems, reporting tools, and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
