Description
- Call ENTEL customers and prospective customers
- Offer new lines, number transfers, and additional lines
- Explain plans, promotions, and benefits
- Meet established sales targets
- Accurately record sales in the system
- Provide friendly, courteous service
Requirements
- Completed secondary education
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No prior experience required
- Laptop or desktop computer
- At least a 6th-generation Intel i3, i5, or i7 processor, or Ryzen 3 or newer
- Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps; a wired connection is preferred
- Windows 10 or later
- Webcam
- USB headset or headphones with a microphone
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
