Remote Sales Data Analyst

Description
- Create and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and analyses that track pipeline activity, customer trends, and sales performance.
- Extract and transform data from Salesforce, data lake and warehouse systems, and business intelligence platforms.
- Perform regular data audits and validation checks.
- Work with Retail, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Bid, IT, and other teams to identify reporting needs.
- Investigate data issues and provide timely insights.
- Document reporting workflows.
- Help maintain reporting tools.
- Improve how data is prepared and shared.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong Excel skills, including Power Query.
- Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce.
- Practical experience with Power BI or a comparable business intelligence platform.
- Ability to audit, validate, and maintain accurate data across reporting workflows.
- A reliable home office setup.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
- Preferred: Experience supporting sales operations or working with sales and marketing teams.
- Preferred: Familiarity with data lakes or enterprise data extraction.
- Preferred: Experience documenting reporting workflows or supporting tool migrations.
