Description
- Lead product features from problem definition through design delivery and implementation support.
- Build user flows, wireframes, polished screens, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Design straightforward interfaces for complex sales workflows, such as pipelines, tables, and dashboards.
- Develop the mobile experience by starting with responsive web and adapting complex interfaces for smaller screens.
- Use focused user research and usability tests to assess ideas and improve designs.
- Build on the design system by developing and improving reusable components and interaction patterns.
- Work with developers to explain design decisions, resolve implementation questions, and maintain the quality of released features.
Requirements
- Bring 3–5 years of product design experience, preferably on B2B SaaS products.
- Share a portfolio of launched work that shows your design process, decisions, and personal contribution.
- Demonstrate strong interaction and visual design skills, especially for complex, data-rich interfaces.
- Use Figma proficiently, including its prototyping and reusable component tools.
- Have experience working with design systems and contributing to them.
- Take ownership of features and work independently.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with developers.
- Speak English fluently.
