Requirements
- Hold an active preneed license
- Have prior experience working in preneed
- Bring experience in sales
- Confidently coach others on effective sales methods
- Communicate clearly and effectively
- Build strong professional relationships
- Be self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote, flexible environment
- Be passionate about helping families plan ahead and strengthening communities
