Description
- Partner with the City Manager and a small team
- Oversee daily operations across an assigned region
- Manage inventory and revenue
- Deliver customer support and maintain the customer experience
- Take on other operational projects as needed
Requirements
- Relevant experience in areas such as hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, or inventory management
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A customer-focused approach
- A friendly, positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- A bachelor's degree or diploma
- An interest in football is a strong advantage
- Experience working overseas or with international companies is an advantage
- Hospitality experience is an advantage
